I am a speaker, certified educator, and licensed mental health professional passionate about supporting individuals, couples, parents, clinicians, and ministry leaders through services tailored to their growth and development.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Language. The foundation of expertise and work has been shaped by many years of experience in mental health, public and private education, Christian ministry, foster care, and adoption. ​

My areas of specialization and services content niche include topics such as: marriage and relationships, parenting, complex family issues, foster care and adoption, human development, trauma, the unique challenges of ministry life, and caregiver burnout.

I enjoy synthesizing research, clinical concepts, and real-world experiences into practical, engaging content that people can actually use. My approach is conversational, practical, and often infused with humor and real-life stories. I believe the best teaching does more than give people information. It helps them see familiar challenges from a new perspective and gives them attainable tools for moving forward.
